Every story shared here represents courage. Men choosing vulnerability over silence, growth over stagnation, and community over isolation. Together, these conversations form a movement for change and by listening, you’re part of it.
DearMen Podcast was born from a simple truth we witnessed in our work at Boys Champions: when given safe spaces, boys and men want to talk. They want to share their struggles with mental health, their fears about fatherhood, their hopes and dreams of being better versions of themselves.
Too many men suffer in silence, believing their struggles make them weak or alone.
When men hear other men share vulnerably, it gives permission for their own healing journey to begin.
A father sharing how therapy saved his marriage inspires another to seek help.
The strongest leaders in our communities are often those who've done the hard work of healing themselves first.
DearMen Podcast is an extension of the work we do at Boys Champions. While Boys Champions engages directly with young boys, DearMen opens the conversation to fathers, uncles, older brothers, and community leaders.
